It’s not what you’re asking for but there is a [b]Reactivate Mysteries[/b] option at the Altar of Relativity that will repopulate all the Ability Chests and Urns for a given region with new loot. I used it last week and all mysteries in the central area and the Academy were reset and remained marked on the map for easy location. I believe it is on a weekly rotation and costs 5 region specific currency that drops from the Gold Bar combatants that occasionally spawn. I don’t recall precisely but this option may not become available until you have already collected all Chests and Urns throughout Kepler.
