CPU Throttling When opening Destiny 2 on Steam
Anytime I open destiny it throttles my CPU to .38GHz when I have a base speed of 3.2GHz. Doesn't seem to happen with any other steam game I've tried and a fresh reinstall of the game didn't work. Temps are good and the CPU is working as expected unless Destiny 2 is opened. Not sure what's going on or how to fix.

Some additional information on the issue and solutions I have tried. Reinstalls of the game and or battleye haven't changed a thing. Updated bios, windows, graphics drivers etc. Pc restore point to before EOF as well. Issue still exactly the same. All hardware is benchmarking normally but the issue seems to stem from the destiny executable file. As soon as battleye finishes and launches the game, the cpu speed drops and never raises back to normal.
