Bungie you new pvp game mode is garbage
It needs work and btw why isn’t outbreak banned from the new pvp mode it’s not and edge of fate weapons so people only using that gun in the new mode

If you go to your collections and select exotic, you'll see "featured gear." Those exotic have been added to the pool of buffed weapons, and therefore they receive the same benefits as new gear. That's your answer.
