MASTER RAHOOL EXOTIC ARMOR FOCUS DECODING BUG
I just discovered the Warlock chest armor Matiodoxia from the novel decryption page. This unlocked the item in my collection page. When I switch over to the precision decryption page, the armor is greyed out and says I must unlock the item in collections, whilst it is already unlocked. I'd rather not waste another exotic cypher to focus another armor stat roll.

This issue is being widely reported, but I am not seeing anything from Bungie indicating this is a Known Issue that is being worked on. It seems to only impact players who are buying Exotics from Rahool via Novel Focusing when they did not previously own that Exotic. It makes it impossible to try newer builds.
