I purchased (5) synthweave templates from eververse last weekend. Opened them In my inventory and didn’t get any. Now I’m out 1000 silver. I created a help notification and was told they can’t do anything. How is this not fraud? I understand that synthweave materials have been reworked, but why then were old synthweave materials sold post edge of fate?!?
