Running the game at a higher resolution than my monitor after the update is resulting in the mouse cursor being unable to fully go to the right or the bottom of the screen. This has been working fine for the past few years for me, but now is not working.

[ ISSUE ]
When running the game in fullscreen mode with the game's resolution set to a DLDSR resolution (above the monitor's native res), the mouse cursor can not reach the right side or the bottom of the screen. Here is a screenshot of this scenario with the mouse cursor as far to the right as it allows me to put it: https://i.imgur.com/LGc8oj5.jpeg
When running at native resolution (3440x1440), the issue is resolved and it works as expected.
This issue was not present previously, as I have been running the game at 4587x1920 on this monitor for just about 2 years now.
[REPRO STEPS]
1. Have a system with a Nvidia GPU connected to an ultrawide monitor (21:9 resolution, and presumably 32:9 as well)
2. In the Nvidia App, go to Graphics --> Global Settings --> DSR - Factors and then enable an option under DL Scaling
3. In Destiny 2, set the display mode to Fullscreen and the resolution to the higher than native DLDSR resolution
[ ACTUAL RESULT ]
You are unable to move the cursor in-game to the right side or bottom of the screen.
[ EXPECTED RESULT ]
You would be able to move the cursor freely anywhere on the screen as expected

Screenshot demonstration, here the cursor is as far to the right as I can put it: https://i.imgur.com/LGc8oj5.jpeg
Screen-recording showing the behavior with the resolution at native and at both DLDSR resolutions: https://youtu.be/GzQGn_9XRyc
[ NOTES ]
Deleting CVARS.xml did not work to resolve the issue
Notice in the recording that the recording that when I switch between the two higher resolutions that at the highest, the portion of the screen the cursor can access is the smallest. Seems there may be some hardcoded dimensions the cursor is being restricted to that doesn't properly account for the resolution being set to an option higher than the monitor's actual resolution.

UPDATE: As of 9.0.0.3, this is still not fixed and is actually worse. Previously, after EoF launched, while I could select both DLDSR options in the D2 video settings, it would have the issue described above. Now, post 9.0.0.3 update, only 1 of the 2 options shows now, and can;t even be selected...
