Crash issues and error codes began for me on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Beyond knowing when the CE-34878-0 error will be resolved and gameplay on PS4 will be restored, we would also like clarity on if and when compensation will be provided. Due to this issue, many of us missed critical progression needed to enter the raid. We also missed the opportunity to participate in the opening raid weekend with friends. Some even planned their time around it, opting out of family events and trips. Additionally, we were unable to access Xur’s weekend inventory and purchase the Strange Coin buff.
