-please ignore I got my answer tonight - Just as the title says. Remember what happened with sundered doctrine where the exotic would not drop for anyone on normal for a couple weeks after contest. Out of the 20 or so people I know that have cleared on normal I have yet to see anyone get the exotic. I have asked in multiple groups and no one has said yes. So I am honestly starting to think we might have another bug here.
