Missing Eunoia Arms Reward from 'Legend Forged' Triumph
I completed the campaign on Legendary difficulty and unlocked both the triumphs "[i]Forging A Legend Pt. I[/i]" and "[i]Forging A Legend Pt. II[/i]". As a result, the "[i]Legend Forged[/i]" triumph was also automatically unlocked, which is supposed to reward the Exotic arms Eunoia.
However, I did [b]not receive the Eunoia arms[/b], and I am currently unable to claim them anywhere.
The triumph is marked as completed, but the reward is not available from Ikora, Lodi, or in the Postmaster. I've checked all vendors and locations where such rewards typically appear, but the exotic arms are simply not there.

You were able to complete the Legendary triumph because you played that mission on Legendary on your Titan, but this does not qualify the Warlock for their reward, the Warlock must have played all 14 missions on Legendary to claim their exotic. Play 'The Invitation' on your Warlock on Legendary (you can do this through the Fireteam Finder) and then check the Altar of Relativity on Kepler.
