Hello, I have purchased the antique filigree arms ornament in the store, I unwrapped the purchase in my inventory and now I cannot find the item. It is not in my inventory or modifications sector and isn’t showing in my ornament customisation menu however the silver has been taken from my account. Is anyone able to help? Thanks.
