I just finished the campaign on legendary and wanted to see how fabled felt at 119, since we are always 30 under anyways. Now I'm not able to lower the world difficulty back down, nor can I do the weekly missions on legendary. The game doesn't even give me the option to lower it back down, only fabled and mythic.
