Legacy Campaigns Not Launching Despite Ownership
Hello,
I am a returning Destiny 2 player and I currently own all of the following expansions:
- Shadowkeep
- Beyond Light
- The Witch Queen
(All visible in my quest log and on Braytech.)
However, I am unable to launch any of the legacy campaigns. The "Launch" button is disabled, and the quests are listed but not playable. I want to experience the full narrative in chronological order before I begin The Final Shape content.
Could you please check if my account has proper entitlement flags for these campaigns, and help me restore access to them?

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
