Can someone explain what was so important about matterspark and matterweave that we needed it rammed down our throats all the way through the campaign.
Thanks to a combination of it being a nuisance and soft locking every other mission I have wasted nearly my whole week messing around with this stupid game unable to catch people on other stuff because you guys at Bungie have made it a literal completion requirement for entering the raid. Not a light level booster a completion mechanic which means out of loyalty to my day 1 team I have been forced to endure this rubbish all week, on top of the campaign being much longer than normal.
I’ve not got all week long to waste in your stupid game.
Your goal is very clear - player numbers over player enjoyment. Just create something that traps everyone all week so that your player engagement numbers look good.
This will be my last expansion/day 1 raid.
Thanks to you yet again creating something that nobody asked for or wants and creating a condition that makes it mandatory

You need to understand your fun isn't their concern. Only the maximization of your engagement to improve odds of completing micro-transactions is. Somewhat ironic how "The Secret Science of Gaming" written by, I believe, a former Bungie staff member perfectly describes where bungie is now

If you don’t want to grind why are you trying for a day one raid? You can’t have it both ways. You can either be a sweat or be a casual

Sunsetting every 3-6months for armor sets & weapons is a deal breaker. Zero respect for for player investment. I wont be back till this is changed or Edge of Fate goes on sale. It will likely be the latter because as we all know Destiny 2 is circling the drain in terms of active concurrent players.

How was it soft locking every mission? I had no problem at all.

It's so broken too, I softlocked & crashed losing all progress on almost every mission & done take an hour. Finally get to the last mission, 2 mins in crash, restart, node gone. Told I'm outa luck & gotta wait for a fix, could be weeks 😡 they should be ashamed of this, it's not been tested at all, there's hundreds of bugs. Premium price too 🃏

Incorrect
