Was testing out the new Heirarchy in the shooting range, with the changes to it's guidance ring. Every bow was working fine, but when it came time to test exotics, when it was the turn to test Le Monarch, ANY fully drawn arrow shot through the guidance ring wasn't making any seekers. Even waiting a few moments for the poison arrow to deactivate was a no go, and still nothing happened.
