Kepler
On Kepler, chests that are only accessible via ability (such as Matterspark or Rosetta) are currently only available once per account - if a player attempts to access them on a second character, they are already opened and cannot be accessed on the second character. Is this intended behavior, or are they meant to be accessible per character?
