Destabilizing Rounds do not grant Volatile Rounds
Video. [url=https://x.com/i/status/1945179250656731353]dmg04 confirmed[/url] that 9.0.0.1 fixed a bug with Destab rounds, and that now it will only grant Volatile once the kill-burst hits another enemy. In the video, the burst hits 2. Volatile Rounds are not granted.
