Heavy attacks cause enemies to unravel or shatter freeze. [b]Elemental Refresher:[/b] Picking up Stasis shards or gaining Woven Mail grants you a small amount of heavy ammo. [b]Deadend:[/b] Build a Deadend meter by causing damage or scoring kills with this weapon. When meter is full, [Alternate Weapon Action] hold reload to join the two swords together to make a staff of pure stasis and strand energy. The meter drains slowly and fills up from weapon kills. [b]While in Deadend, [/b] -Standard melee for light attacks. -R Trigger for heavy attacks. The swords, (now Staff) can be thrown for quick attacks or charged for a more powerful attack. [b]Sword Throws while in Deadend:[/b] -Hold L trigger (Guard) then R trigger (Melee) to quickly throw the sword a short distance. Can be used in quick succession. -Hold L + R trigger together to charge up a powerful sword throw. At maximum charge, an explosion of Stasis and Strand damage caused on impact. [b]Nerve Ending Lore:[/b] Jumping between timelines was a difficult and strenuous maneuver. Keeping track of all the different versions and outcomes seemed to be impossible. However, unlike most people, Elsie had grown accustomed to navigating her way through time and over her extended lifespan she had adapted and developed devices to make the jumps more manageable. There was however, the risk of losing sight of oneself. In Elsie’s travels, it seemed that the variable that changed the most was herself. Different versions of her were usually in turmoil against her grandfather Clovis Bray. In most cases she was fighting against him and his evil intentions. However, in some instances, she witnessed herself joining his side in a corrupt dominance over the Sol system. In rare events she even joined enemy factions such as the Vex. The Vex were an interesting ‘species’. They were time travelling machines powered by a white organic substance that bonded every single embodiment which weaved them together into one singular mind. In her recent adventures, Elsie came across a group of Vex that manufactured a weapon. A pair of swords, which they protected on Europia. This group of Vex had been graced with Elsie’s presence when she had saved them from destruction in her earlier timeline voyages. In her absence, they fabricated a weapon for her, in hopes that she would one day return and claim it. Unbeknownst to her she was in fact their saviour, their queen.
