Barrow-dyad is not proccing the OP bullets from reloading using The Dragon's Shadow (AKA Spirit of the Dragon)
I forgot to mention in the video that Ascension with regular dodge (29 cooldown-MMD) procs the OP bullets with no issue, it's the (38s cooldown-GD) in combination with Spirit of the Dragon that doesn't work.

Found the same issue even when not using Ascension.
