Exotic engrams not getting updated loot pool
So I quit at the end of last wish raid and just came back with the steam sale. I have been enjoying the new builds and mechanics but for the say 25 exotic engrams I have opened over the past month and some I am yet to get an exotic from any expansion I missed. Anyone know what that is? I am getting tilted a bit. I want to try some new armor builds but cannot get anything past forsaken. Plz educate me.

Focusing of exotics, unlocking of many, can be done through Rahool once you have reset with him. There is a kiosk between vault access point in the tower where past items can be bought. The Vex Incursion public event on Neomuna can drop exotics not already in a collection. Some exotics are locked behind campaign completion. They have to obtain that way before they will drop or can be focused.
