What happens if I leave silver debt alone and don’t pay it off?
I bought something i regretted and refunded it on my console. Obviously i got the money back and am now in silver debt. I am ok with being in debt for now and when i want to be something in the future i’ll pay it off. If I leave it for now in the intent of staying in debt, will I get punished? I won’t go any deeper in debt obviously.

Legal fees come into effect and Bungie will most likely be sending you the bill. When you got that refund through your platform where do you think they got that money from? Obviously they went to Bungie about it and, to stay in good standing with them, they paid them back for it. Like a previous poster quoted, Bungie doesn't refund purchases of Silver. Abusing the system includes but is not limited to staying in debt. Pay it off or face the possible restriction / banhammer.
