Telesto is an infinite-range fusion with some additional functionality (area denial via orbs left on ground). It does not need buffs to be viable, and it is already one of the most popular Fusion options. The "top" Legendary fusions are in a good spot rn (when compared to nearly all other Special weapons). The issue is that slug shotguns are dominating the meta, and nothing counters a fusion better than a slug. Slug shotguns need a nerf, and then Fusions will be better. I would be fine with Bungie buffing underperforming Fusions or perks on Fusions to open up some variety - lol, it is mostly only Glacio, Zealots, Plug One, Etc. Lots of Fusions are left in the dust, because they don't have the right perks.
