Materials Duplication from Special Deliveries Kiosk
I was collecting my reward bonuses from the kiosk after having got Final Shape + Annual Pass on sale and decided to mash my way through the exotic materials section only to accidentally triple or quadruple the materials because of what I assume was lag.
Is this a know bug or something? Or just a flook?

Some of the materials had multiple to collect, and you'd collect them one at a time.
