Unfortunately that's not possible. As of March 25th, all accounts linked to a Bungie.net profile (except Twitch) became permanently linked. Even prior to that, you were only able to unlink accounts that you have the login info for, any unauthorised links were the players responsibility to resolve. Bungie will not unlink it and they are granting no exceptions to the policy.
