This is a new problem, and nothing has fixed it. I’ve power cycled everything multiple times, and cleared the cache. My NAT type is Open, UPnP is on, and I have a wired connection. Sometimes my wife, on the same router, gets through, and sometimes she gets Marionberry as well. Other online games work. I’ve also reinstalled the game.

What exactly should I say to my ISP? Hi ISP your company has spent hours troubleshooting my entire LAN and everything works completely fine except this ONE game. Bungie should do more to help their customers and playerbase..pretty frustrating Xbox Series X
