So i have been playing the shooter game destiny 2 for over a year now. And just this march or april, I have been having an issue where the game would unexpectedly freeze after 20 or so minutes and then I couldnt do anything to close the application and would have to open task manager and click on "end task" to close the application. I refreshed and restarted my computer and when I opened it again the same issue happened. I had to uninstall destiny 2 and then gave it a break and reinstalled it in may. After maybe 10 minutes of playing the same thing happened where the screen would just freeze and I would have no control with my controller. So, I uninstalled it again and then reinstalled it a week ago. I made sure to verify my files and check for any corrupted files that could be replaced. When that came out to be nothing, I played and after maybe 15 minutes of playing the same issue happened where the game froze. Is there any way to look into this matter and figure out what is going on? I love destiny 2 and want to keep playing it but it is just that game. If I play a similar graphics intensive game such as helldivers 2 or formula 1 23 there is no issue and the freeze only happens with destiny 2. What should I do or investigate in order to fix this issue, if possible? My current computer specs are: Intel i7-13700k processor predator bifrost arc a770 graphics card 32 gigs of ram 2 tb ssd sufficient power supply ( i think 850W 80+ gold rating) gigabyte z790 UD AX lga1700 motherboard
