Rite of the Nine - Prophecy Ultimate Bugged? Here we go again!
I completed the ROTN Prophecy Ultimate for the 'As Was Foretold' Gold triumph.
Upon completion, I was not awarded the emblem because the Hexahedron encounter did not register as cleared.
This same crap happened with the Spire of the Watcher and it is unacceptable.
What is going on Bungie?!!!
Don't put us through all the effort and spit in our faces for our trouble.
I've canceled my plans to purchase 'Edge of Fate'.
You guys don't get to waste my time AND money.

As was foretold requires it be done an eternity mode. So if you were in ultimatum mode, that’s why it didn’t give to you.

Edit: read what the triumph requires, you wasted your own time doing the wrong version
