Matchmaking in this game is so bad so often that AI models think it's on purpose. I say just quit. Bungie is clearly focused on destiny patrol simulator "marathon".

I'm convinced there's bots padding things because they seem to follow Activision's cod decisions a year or so later & cod deffo now has bots & they don't suck, & are in active lobbies as numbers are very low (for cod) I say this because I've seen players doing weird things, like people standing right near me & looking at me but not shooting (like I'm on the same team), or in momentum control I sit in weird places, still, out of sight, & some players find me straight away like they can see through the map, even if I'm invisible - as in run at me already shooting. Matchmaking is very very slow too, in open skill lobbies with thousands apparently playing PvP. Also the live number tracker current shows around 40k online, but by activity things like trials have 2k, strikes 2k, control 2k, rite of nine 3k, tower 2.5k but the last city (so the private social space hub thing) has 8k - feels the perfect place to stick 5k bots, no?

Yes last week trials was a pattern I noticed every single time I got to 4 win streak. I would 100% be loosing the 5th due to rigged team balance. This week isn’t any better I’ve played 50 games with a 1.7 and I haven’t gone flawless yet… 5 wins was the highest then I get someone who thinks it funny to jump off the map every round. Why load in to trials if you’re going to do this stuff…

One was unwinnable from the start and the second we were winning. Unfortunately you don't know who was disconnected and who raged. It's annoying especially losing 90-110 points.

I stop playing this game for my mental health and yes is plenty knows that MM in destiny 2 is manipulated by them. You can even ask chat GPT to better explinations about why is so bad and UNBALANCE.

Had it happen to me last weekendin trials lol. Had an AFK, who auto left after round 2; didn't get loss protected and ended up some how coming out on top lol. I still think it's all RNG, but hate when it happens. And the opponents AFK is never when i actually need to win :(
