Not sure when this changed and not sure if this is a bug fix or intentional, but it is bothering me and I've been tired of this going unaddressed
if this is intentional, who asked for it? Osmosis has been a pretty dead perk for a while that's only used on Traveler's Chosen because it's built in and all it does for the gun now is require you to run multiple different loader mods if you want the same reload scalar after throwing a grenade
if this isn't intentional, I have no clue how this could happen in the first place, when we first got the elemental mods I could notice that traveler's chosen still benefitted, when testing reloads it was difficult to tell even after burning through every ability (for no surplus) but felt slower, tested it again with a 10 reload osmosis roll of imperative and it was very noticeable that as soon as proc'ing osmosis the kinetic loader benefits went away, and after unequipping kinetic loader it was the same as after osmosis proc
I'm aware Traveler's Chosen users are a dying breed especially in PvP where there's more gunplay mods to worry about, but I'd really like to see this fixed and have the gun returned to its former glory, until then I guess I'm running a no catalyst version for a bit because I'd rather always benefit from kinetic mods than have surplus and 2 extra ammo
