A friend got it about a week or so after I did. To make things worse for you, it was my 1st clear of the dungeon. Probably best not to try and speak for "we" or "us" or say it's bugged when other players experience shows no signs of it being bugged.

It’s farmable 👍 It Drop for me on June 6 2025. April 2025 wasn’t dropping & pinnacle didn’t work on any character…, but after 2 month wait -_-). 1st run, my team wasn’t cooperating (I left LFG). 2. 2nd run, I join up (new LFG) on Last checkpoint an “Ice Breaker” just drop + Pinnacle too, finally 😭 Side note; It’s possibly my 24-25 run this year.
