Title really says it, but imagine wanting a certain emblem, only to find out you had to watch some random livestream months ago to even get it instead of playing the game it's for. You can't even watch an archive of it and get it so its even more stupid. I really wanted the retro boy emblem man. ):

Things added to the game count as "content". It's value to gameplay may be nonexistent, but that doesn't change it's definition as such. The game literally runs on eververse, a cosmetic store. So please use a better arguement. Thank you.

My favourite emblem in the game was from the limited edition destiny loot crate in forsaken and like 5 people have it and it'll never be obtainable again. Cosmetics are exclusive and are not content
