Vortex Grenade death after respawn
Myself and another player in a Crucible Control quickplay both encountered a bug with Vortex Grenade. When I respawned after dying, a Void vortex grenade apparently followed me through respawn and couldn't be removed, leading to a second death though no enemies were even close to my respawn point. I mentioned it in fireteam chat, and another player expressed the same happened to them.
