Player told me to kill myself, that my parents should burn and that I should get cancer
I was playing with a guy that was rude in chat, calling me and another player -blam!-, so I said that should change his tone and he went on a hateful spree

If I get messages like that I just reply with "Sorry, I don't do requests". Seriously though .. block, ignore and move on.
