Buff scouts rifles
Really tired of getting outgunned using Polaris or Randy's by some player with Crimils Dagger from way outside 30m. Slug shotguns and the last word should be nerfed to the ground also.

Um, not until they nerf the broken perks! How about nerfing the outliers in the scout rifle family, first? Specifically, nerf Precision Instrument on Rapid-Fire-Frames and nerf Box Breathing on Precision-Frames and Lightweight-Frames. THEN, Bungie might look at buffing Scouts.
