Hello Bungie team, I know this may be a long shot, but I wanted to reach out on behalf of a group of friends lost someone very dear to us. Our friend, known in Destiny 2 as “TheSnitch595”, passed away near the end of last month. We do not have contact with his family, but we were close friends and played Destiny 2 with him regularly for years — it was his favorite game of all time. We know that Bungie sometimes honors Guardians who have passed, and we understand this depends on the situation. While we cannot provide official family consent, I wanted to ask if there is any way a small tribute or lore line might be possible — even if it is subtle. If not, we fully understand. Even a small acknowledgment — “In memory of a true friend” — would mean the world to us and to the players . Thank you for everything you do for this community.
