Encore Mission - sixth secret chest node missing

Finished all the previous chest and have the “enslaught” mission from banshee but have twice enter the mission and there is no node for the 6th chest! Please help

So you’re doing the puzzle in purple room at the start & there’s no conflux at the end just before boss room?
