Vanishing "Hidden Legendary Weapon Rewards" when claiming from previous season on website
Hi Bungie Support,
I went to claim some "hidden legendary weapon rewards" from the Episode Revenant season pass on the Bungie website (link above) but they just vanished. They did not "drop" into my character inventory nor did they go to my postmaster. These hidden legendary weapon rewards are from ranks above 100 on the episode season pass so maybe there's something wrong with the coding when claiming them from a past season? Maybe because they are hidden in the API?
I also tried to claim the Episode Echoes hidden legendary weapon rewards via a Firefox extension and the same thing happened. I was able to claim each hidden legendary weapon reward once but nothing dropped on my active character. Could you please investigate as there was a Liturgy from the Revenant season pass that I particularly wanted.

2 RepliesHey there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you seem to not be receiving rewards from a previous season pass. Please ensure that you are choosing the correct character when claiming an item from last season. In addition, we recommend logging into the game, and checking each character's inventory and vault, so as to verify whether the items you are claiming wound up in one of those locations.
