The game developer has permanently banned you from Destiny 2.
a message came up on steam saying The game developer has permanently banned you from Destiny 2. but I haven't used it. is there anyway I can contact them so they can check my account

Steam is your Active account in cross-save, so each time you play the game on any linked platform, you are accessing and playing your Steam characters.
