My account got banned

Dear Bungie Support, I’m writing to report a serious issue with my Destiny 2 account . Six months ago, my Steam account was hacked. While I recovered it within 24 hours, the hacker linked their Xbox account to my Destiny 2 profile during that time. This gave them full access to my characters, gear, and weapons. Despite contacting both Bungie and Xbox support, the unauthorized link couldn’t be removed. To protect my account, I deleted all characters and stopped playing until the hacker was inactive for 6 months. Recently, I pre-ordered *: Edge of Fate* expansion + season pass ($100), hoping to return. However, the hacker resumed playing on my account, resulting in a ban—likely due to their Crucible activity (suspiciously high KD 3.0+).
