Cross Save and Silver
I currently have a Steam account linked to my Epic account (via cross save) and the Steam account is the active one, what would happen if I bought silver on my Epic account? Would the silver go to my active character or would it go to my inactive Epic Games character.

You've got cross-save set up with Steam as the Active characters. If you buy Silver on Epic, then yes it will go on your Active Steam character set, with the caveat that it is only spendable while playing the game on Epic. If you logged in on Steam, you will not see that Silver (but you will have full access to anything bought with it while on Epic).
