Timed Layload
Is Timed Payload a static perk on Judgement. Everyone I get has it. Holofoil, adept, holofoil adept or normal, doesn’t matter which. All have Timed Payload. Why? Crappy RNG?

It’s a great perk but that’s RNG my guy. I only had it drop on one so far but it was a max range roll so I can’t complain.

Yeah that’s gotta be RNG. I’ve got about 5 regulars and 15 adepts, and not one has had timed payload believe it or not
