Please keep this in mind before complaining about Hunters getting +10 mobility.

Most if not every hunter runs 80-100 mobility. For most break points in pvp for crit/ body shot ratios, we need 60-70 resilience. This means hunters are either making recovery the dump stat (which in my case at least leaves me with 40-50 recovery), or they're making resilience the dump stat, a problem titans and warlocks don't have as most prefer slower mobility for faster movement tech. Capping mobility at 30 is hardly a nerf to titans and warlocks at all, especially when resilience is set to T10 values and recovery at T6, not including the regeneration from increasing the health stat. Hunters are the only ones seeing a nerf to their stats, and if they want to restore their movement to what they've had for years and gotten comfortable with, they need to sacrifice leg mod slots, meaning they're sacrificing build potential to go back to the old movement values. What mod slots are titans and warlocks sacrificing to restore durability? What are they sacrificing to get recovery to a good value? None because resilience is the same for everyone, T6 recovery is solid, and both are combined into a single stat (Health increasing durability in PvE after 100, and at base, increases recovery, flinch resistance, and health gained from orbs). Unless the flinch resistance or the PvE damage resistance will be THAT important, everyone could forgo the health stat or even the weapon stat if the 6-15(PvE)% damage won't put them at too much of a disadvantage. As for abilities:
As a part of this major rework, we have tuned all of the base recharge rates of abilities to better align with the way the new stats work. At low stat investment (0-30) your abilities will be recharging slower than they used to, but at high investment 70-100, they will be recharging faster. Any “chunk” energy gains (think Demolitionist-like perks that provide a direct amount) and any energy recharge scalars (think Crown of Tempests) will also now be scaled by your stat investment. At 70 stat, they will match the live game values and surpass them up to 100 stat. Below 70 stat they will give less value than the live game.
And as players have pointed out, Gambler's Dodge, this is also getting a nerf as it's not fully restoring melee energy. So hunters are forced to also build into strength to restore the functionality of an ability too. Hunters getting +10 mobility I'd say is fair considering basically nothing is changing for warlocks and titans. Of course, I'd happily accept +50 to the weapon stat or +125 class at base as an alternative. I think that'd be a fair exchange.
