Has ANYONE EVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH A SITUATION, NOW VERY ANXIOUS !!!!! I placed an order for 17,500 silver coins on the EPIC platform. After the payment was successful, I received a receipt showing that the transaction was successful. However, there was no change in my account balance in the game. I asked epic's customer service, but they told me to ask bungie's customer service. bangie's customer service then asked me to ask epic's customer service. Now I'm in a dead loop. What should I do now? I can provide the consumption receipt. Please, everyone, do you have any solutions?
