Request for Help Regarding CrossSave Function
When I was using the cross-platform saving feature, I selected the wrong main account. Due to the silver coin lock, I was unable to deactivate the cross-platform saving function for 90 days. Unfortunately there isn't an appeal process for this, all cooldowns are mandatory. Once the 90 days silver cooldown has expired, you'll be able to deactivate. Once deactivated you'll trigger a further 90 day cooldown before being able to re-activate cross-save.
