New Light Amanda Holiday Bug
I recently returned to destiny and during the "new lights" mission the game asks me to talk to Amanda to register my shuttle, only that when I go to Amanda nothing happens, what can I do?

Can you load into the regular Tower via the director (not the Advent version in the Learning Light quest) and check the Abandoned Quest Kiosk next to the postmaster.
