Blistering Dominance not working
onsuming the black orb grants you blistering dominance, but there is no increase in damage.

Did you have any stack(s) of suffocating terror when consuming it?

Bungie fixed it giving the buff without you having the Suffocating Terror debuff applied to you a few weeks back. The timer will still show but unless you have the debuff, you do not get any increase in damage from it. https://x.com/Destiny2Team/status/1920976723136442731
