Not able to use free bungie name change
So around 6 months ago my bungie name on destiny 2 was reverted to a original guardian name which was due to the new cross save feature.. but thing is is that I only play on xbox and don't have any other console 😒.... now I got on the game this morning of June the 10th 2025 and says I get a free bungie name change , went to try and change it but its still saying I have no changes left ..... like c'mon man i hate just having guardian as my name 😑.

[b]RIGHT?!?!?!?![/b] And this is part of the reason I so won;t invest in EoF. Half a year ago THEY screw up, they announce a fix to something that should have happened automatically with no intervention on our side let alone rename tokens. And what happens STILL CAN"T CHANGE MY NAME!!! Why the heck would I waste more time and money and a continuous stream of incompetence and lack of caring? Don't get me wrong its not about my name, I could care less who it says I am. What I care about is how the address, communicate and resolves their problems.

same here dude, apparently some accounts have received the name change token but some havent, its really weird
