me again
some of you might have seen my previous posts about my account being hacked and they added a cross save Microsoft account to it so they have unlimited access to my account now so my question is can i just delete my entire account maybe get it banned or something i would rather see everything lost than have to share it with a guy who will keep deleting all my stuff and i can just switch to my old account i used while playing d1 good thing i removed that one from cross save last year with final shape or i would have to start from 0

4 RepliesHey there, if you're in the EU or the state of California, you can request a deletion through the privacy request form -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests There is no other way to delete the account, Bungie isn't obligated to delete data for anyone else outside of those locations. Note that as part of the data deletion, the platform accounts will also all receive a game ban.
