The new Guardian rank system?. What's your gear tier, what world tier do you play in.
I've played a lot of Diablo and the Division, the world tiers is going to create more skill separation, those who can are going to have and those who cannot are not going to have and are going to quit.

Nope. The farmers will do that. There’s still going to be plenty of teaching runs and I myself am still going to be hosting those teaching runs for basically any content that doesn’t include salvations edge, vespers host, sundered doctrine or root of nightmares.
