Dear Bungie Support,
I’m writing to urgently request a review of the Cross Save lock currently active on my account. A few days ago, I deactivated Cross Save without realizing that it would impose a strict 90-day cooldown. As a result, I’ve lost access to my primary characters on PlayStation while playing on Steam, where I just purchased the “Year of the Prophecy: Final Edition” — the most complete and expensive version of the upcoming Destiny 2 content.
This situation is extremely distressing. I have fully prepaid for all content launching in July, but due to the lock, I won’t be able to access any of it until September, effectively missing the entire start of the final chapter of Destiny 2.
I understand this cooldown exists to prevent potential abuse, but I assure you: this was a misunderstanding, not an attempt to exploit the system. I have no fraudulent activity, and I’m a long-time, loyal Destiny player who simply made a mistake.
I am respectfully and urgently requesting:
A manual override of the cooldown
Or at least a reduction in the waiting period
I am more than willing to provide purchase receipts, account history, or any verification needed. I truly hope this can be reviewed by someone with the authority to make exceptions in cases where a paying player is losing access to the game they just invested in.
Thank you for your time and attention. I love this game and want to experience this final story alongside the rest of the community—on launch day, not two months later.
Kind regards

Unfortunately, the cooldown is mandatory and as a result they won't reduce or override the cooldown. One of the BNGHelp accounts will likely reply later on stating as such.
