How to fix the cheating problem
it would fix 90% of the cheating problem if you had to own a DLC to play certain PVP modes, like Destiny 1 did. In destiny 1, you have to own Rise of iron to play any mode that isn't the weekly. you couldn't even play Rumble or Comp.
I get that it may have some backlash, but the problems it would solve will outweigh the problems that it causes.
